Our service
We remove dog waste from your yard on the schedule you choose, bag it, and haul it off your property. We check and re-latch gates on every visit and send you a confirmation text when we're done.
Service plans and current pricing are listed on our home page. Prices assume one dog on a standard residential yard; additional dogs or larger lots may be quoted at a higher rate, which we will confirm with you before service begins.
Scheduling and access
- You do not need to be home. We do need reliable gate access — an unlocked gate, a code, or instructions we can follow.
- If we arrive and cannot access the yard, we will contact you. A visit we cannot complete due to blocked access may still be billed.
- Tell us in advance if your dog is protective, anxious, or should not be outside during service.
- Severe weather may delay a visit. If we miss a scheduled visit entirely, you are not charged for it.
Billing and cancellation
- Recurring plans are billed monthly to the payment method on file.
- There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time by calling or texting (989) 487-7267.
- Pauses for vacation or travel are credited if you tell us before your scheduled visit.
- One-time cleanups are billed on completion.
- Yards requiring a large initial cleanup may need a one-time reset charge. We will quote this before performing the work.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate service address and access information
- Secure or restrain any dog that should not be around service staff
- Keep the yard reasonably free of hazards, and tell us about anything we should know — buried lines, unstable ground, aggressive animals
Liability
We take care on your property and re-latch gates on every visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, injuries to pets that occur outside our visit, or conditions we were not told about in advance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Michigan law.
Changes
We may update these terms or our pricing. Price changes to an existing recurring plan will be communicated before they take effect, and you may cancel at any time.
