Do I need to be home?
No. Almost none of our clients are. We just need gate access — a code, an unlocked latch, or a key hidden somewhere you tell us about.
What if my dog is outside?
Totally fine if they're friendly, and most are. If your dog is protective or nervous around strangers, just tell us and we'll text before we arrive so you can bring them in.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Cancel by text anytime, no fee, no last-month charge. Skip weeks when you travel and we won't bill you for them.
What happens to the waste?
It leaves in our truck and gets disposed of properly off your property. It doesn't go in your trash can.
What if it rains on my day?
We still come out unless it's genuinely unsafe. If we do have to push a visit, we'll text you and get there within a day or two — you're never charged for a visit we didn't make.
How do I pay?
Card on file, billed automatically after each visit or monthly, whichever you prefer. We'll set it up when you start.
