- Service details — number of dogs, yard size, gate access instructions, and scheduling preferences
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems
- Website usage — basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages viewed

We use your information to quote your yard, schedule and perform your service, communicate with you about your account, and process payment. That's it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example, our payment processor and our scheduling and messaging platform — and only to the extent they need it to do that work.
As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard security to store customer records and process payments. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to what is necessary to serve you.
